The minimum age for booking is from 18 years old. Children under 6 years old stay free of charge with their parents. Cancellation policy on regular days: 48 hours free of charge in order to avoid a 100% fine for accommodation. A non-refundable tariff implies 100% payment without the possibility of cancellation. 

Early check-in: from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., an additional 50% of the cost of the first day is charged. If you arrive earlier than 7:00 a.m., you will be charged 100% of the cost of the day for the previous day. Early check-in includes breakfast, depending on the booked fare.

Late check-out: from 12:00 to 17:00, an additional 50% of the current day's cost is charged. If you check out later than 17:00 h. 100% of the cost of the day is charged.
